You will find the keys around the corner of the Building, in the window of the coffeeshop

Look for the lockbox marked with green tape.

Enter the Building

Hold the proxy on the nametags here:

Take the door left at the post boxes to go up to the apartment.
Go to Floor 1, Apartment 2.
